How a Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot Works, Step by Step

Multi Arbitrage is an arbitrage bot that trades both legs at the same time, with keys that have no withdrawal permission and protection on every trade. This is the full path, from sign-up to the recorded result.
1. Sign-up and setup
You create your account and go through a guided setup that explains every choice: amount per trade, leverage, exchanges, Prospector profile, minimum profit and exit rules. Then you add the API keys without withdrawal permission from your exchanges and run the order test.
2. The signal: finding the opportunity
The system monitors 14 exchanges and calculates, for each combination of coin and exchange pair, the funding rate on each leg, the fees, the spread and the expected net profit. Prospector filters what fits your profile.
3. Entering both legs
Close to the funding payment, the bot opens a long on one exchange and a short on the other at the same instant, using IOC orders with a 0.10% slippage cap, in equal slices on both legs. If the spread does not meet the minimum, it waits.
4. The protection
Every trade gets three layers of protection: the bot’s exit zone at 80% of the way to liquidation, exchange-side insurance orders at 90% (stops and targets placed there) and isolated liquidation at 100%. The bot checks the position every few seconds and has an orphan-leg watchdog, for the case where one leg disappears.
5. The exit and the record
The bot exits by the rule you set (for example, after the payment, or by a negative funding rate rule), closing both legs in slices. The result is recorded: funding rate on each leg, fees, spread effect and net, checked against the exchange statement. You follow it on the dashboard and in the app, which alerts you to every entry and exit.
What the bot does not do
- It does not guarantee profit, and opportunities vary with the market.
- It does not ask for or use withdrawal permission.
- It does not touch money outside the trades you configured.
- It does not replace your own judgment about how much to invest. See the risks.
To get started, create your account and use the guided setup. If you want to understand the pricing first, read credits and the 30% of profit explained.
A day in the life of the bot
During the day, the bot updates the exchange data, calculates opportunities and waits for each one’s entry window. Close to the payment time, it opens the positions. Every few seconds, it checks the liquidation prices and the insurance orders. After the payment, it exits by the rule you chose. At every step, the app alerts you.
What you control
- Amount per trade and number of simultaneous trades.
- Leverage and allowed exchanges.
- Prospector profile and minimum profit.
- Exit and protection rules.
- Pausing new entries at any time.
